On 23 October 2019, the PZU’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution regarding the appointment of Aleksandra Agatowska to the management board, giving her the function of Member of the Management Board of PZU SA.
The appointment of Agatowska took place on 24 October 2019, for a period covering three full financial years 2020-2022.
Agatowska is a graduate of the Jagiellonskiego University in the field of economic sociology and market research. She participated in the senior management program at Columbia Business School.
Agatowska has been associated with the PZU Group since March 2016, when she became a Member of the Management Board of PZU Zycie SA and Group Director at PZU SA.
Prior to working at PZU, Agatowska worked for ING Group, HDI Asekuracja TU SA (currently WARTA SA), Sony Europe Limited and Philips Lightning Poland, where she managed numerous marketing teams, coordinating the activities of multiple European branches of the companies.
