The Polish insurer PZU saw its management board member Aleksandra Agatowska resign with immediate effect to become CEO of Group’s life unit PZU Życie.
Agatowska’s appointment as CEO of PZU Życie requires official approval from the financial market watchdog regulator KNF. Until then, she will serve as PZU Życie acting CEO.
Agatowska thus replaces Roman Pałac, who headed PZU Życie for three years. Pałac will remain in the life unit’s management board to take care of strategic projects for the PZU Group.
