Poland sees banks’ response to the CJEU ruling on CHF mortgage loans as insufficient and will take further steps to amend the situation, the President of the consumer protection office UOKiK Tomasz Chróstny told PAP.
„Actions of banks in that respect, also after the CJEU decision on Swiss franc loans, are neither sufficient, nor acceptable – this will result in appropriate decisions,” Chróstny said with reference to the relationship between banks and their clients.
