ERGO Hestia received the Service Quality Star 2018 award

ERGO Hestia has received the award “Service Quality Star 2018”. Firms with high quality of customer service are awarded this competition. The insurer received the award for the fifth time.

Companies are chosen by clients’ votes. The award is a confirmation of high standards in customer services. It shows that consumers have confidence in the chosen firms and are willing to cooperate with them. It also means that they will recommend these companies.

“This award is a confirmation of our frankness on dialog”, says Agnieszka Zych manager of the Quality Management Office in ERGO Hestia. “Every day we help our clients in thousands of cases. Clients contact us in situations when a quick and effective reaction is needed. Apart from the highest level of customer services standards, the style of support is important in these cases. So for several years we have monitored our clients’ satisfaction with the level of our services”, sums up Agnieszka Zych. 

The first edition of the “Service Quality Star” program took place 11 years ago. Currently about 10 mln Poles recognize this sign.
