The insurance company Europa Group has commenced cooperation with the SlotMarket.pl platform. The service is a registration platform for a range of sports competitions in Poland. As a result, sport events participants will be able to purchase specialist insurance within an event entry form.
“Sports insurance is one of the strategic directions for the development of the Europa Group product offer. Our mission is to convince physical activity enthusiasts to buy insurance created especially for them, which will provide them with protection during training and race events. That is why we are happy that SlotMarket.pl has joined the group of our partners offering insurance coverage for sports fans”, said Łukasz Tuczapski who is responsible for the development of sports insurance at Europa Group.
“SlotMarket.pl wants to offer its users unique solutions and facilities. We know that sport enthusiasts spend even a few thousand zlotys a year on sports competitions, and in some disciplines such as cycling or triathlon, thousands more on sports equipment”, said Dariusz Błachnio, New Business Development Manager at the agency SE Group, which owns the SlotMarket.pl platform.
“Thanks to our cooperation with the Europa Group, we have managed to develop insurance products that significantly reduce the risk of losing money in the event of resignation from participation in a sports event due to injury, illness or damage to equipment”, he continued.
SlotMarket.pl is a specialist e-commerce platform in Poland that offers a registration service for events that connect athletes, event organizers and businesses. After two and a half years of operation, the platform boasts over 50,000 users. Through SlotMarket.pl, registration takes place for events such as Enea IRONMAN 70.3 Gdynia and IRONMAN 5150 Warsaw. From May 1 this year, on the SlotMarket.pl platform, entries will open for the Half Marathon World Championships, which in 2020 will be held in Poland.
