Insly strengthens top management in Poland

Dodano: 2021-03-30

Agnieszka Dąbrowska, former CEO of mfind and managing director at AXA in Poland, as Chief Operating Officer and Cezary Świerszcz, founder of Bacca, as Chief Innovation Advisor, have been members of Insly’s top management in Poland since March. Together with Piotr Bartos, Insly’s CEO in Poland and in cooperation with the international management board and its team, they will develop the business on the Polish insurance market. The plan is to position Insly as a comprehensive system of first choice for agents and a technology partner for insurers.

“I am very impressed by Agnieszka’s and Cezary’s achievements, reputation, knowledge and intuition that will certainly help us to build the Poland’s leading insurtech company. I have personally known them for years and I am certain that we can work together as a super strong team”, Risto Rossar, founder and CEO of Insly said.

Insly’s core business is to help agents run their businesses. There are 17 insurance companies integrated into the system in Poland, which account for almost 90 per cent GWP value of the motor third-party liability insurance and over 12,000 registered users. Half of  them use the system daily to calculate premiums. Some of them issue policies directly in Insly and others in the insurers’ systems. Insly estimates that agents who use our software are selling as much as PLN 800-900m worth of premiums a year.

“With our clients trusting us, we have been able to build scale in Poland. Now we are ready show what we can offer not only to agents, but also to insurers. It’s time for the latter to look at Insly as a technology partner that will help them to bring new insurance products to market very fast and with marginal costs compared to traditional IT and distribution solutions. This is the key mission of Agnieszka and Cezary”, announces Risto Rossar.

Insly intends to support the digitalization of the main processes that are currently undergoing the greatest technological transformation. This is especially true for insurance sales.

“Insurers are discovering the possibilities of technology – only now, after the pandemic experience, they are considering its full possibilities. This is a good time for them to take a better look at Insly. In addition to agent software Insly also has over 30 insurer customers all over the world and we can set up the technology to empower full digital distribution and administration of insurance policies using our no-code/low-code software”, points out Risto Rossar.
