Link4 has introduced Online Claim Status (ISS).
It is an application that allows customers to track their claim status online in real-time. The solution makes it possible to send documents, order a replacement car or select a repair service. An additional feature is a chat with the claims supervisor. The communicator gives the possibility of quick contact with a person who is familiar with the case.
Link4 points out that in the first stage of the ISS application’s functioning, as many as 84 percent of customers decided to use it.
