On 17 July 2017 the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting appointed Piotr Antkiewicz as the new President of the Management Board of KUKE. Piotr Antkiewicz is a highly qualified manager with 20 years of insurance, banking, and management experience gained in international organizations.
Piotr Antkiewicz is a graduate of the University of Bialystok where he completed master’s and postgraduate studies in commercial law. He holds an MBA from the Institut Francais De Guestion (IFG). He has also completed numerous types of training in Europe and Asia in the field of modern management, finance and transforming organizations.
He commenced his professional career at Warta (1995-1998). For the next eight years Piotr Antkiewicz worked at Volkswagen Bank in Poland and in Germany. He continued his career at Genworth Financial (2007-2008), BNP Paribas Cardif (2008-2013), held the post of the Vice-President of the Management Board at Aviva (2013-2016) and worked as an independent business consultant. He is the author of several publications in the area of insurance, legal aspects of digital payment instruments, the electronic signature and e-commerce.
Piotr Aniewicz has extensive experience in the many-sided transformation of organizations, building organizations from the ground up, as well as in team building and team management. He is proficient at applying the Agile Method. Also, he has broad practical experience in the field of banking and insurance, particularly in implementing new and innovative banking and insurance facilities.
