Inflation in Poland stood at 2.9% in year-on-year terms in July, the country’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) has said in a final estimate.
The figure was in line with a flash estimate released by the government-run statistics agency at the end of last month.
In June, the prices of consumer goods and services in Poland were 2.6% higher than in the same month a year earlier, according to the Central Statistical Office.
The statistics office earlier this year said it had revised its system of weights used for calculating the consumer price index in 2019.
