The acquisition process of Pramerica Życie by the American Unum Group has been completed. The ownership change has led to the Polish company’s brand and logo to be up-dated.
“We want to realise the strategy of including in financial cover more and more clients and become a real support for them in difficult life situations. I am convinced that we may meet our clients financial needs due to our employees engagement, the board maturity and our close cooperation”, said Peter O’Donnell, a member of the Unum Group board and Unum UK CEO.
Pramerica Życie has changed its name to Unum Życie. The Polish insurer is the forth company in the Unum Group portfolio, together with Unum US, Unum UK and Colonial Life.
