On December 19, 2019, the presentation of the „Digital Agenda for Supervision” was held at the headquarters of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority – actions that the PFSA Office must re-establish in the near future, including in the field of advanced technology, innovation and cyber security.
The proposed activity of the PFSA Office in the Agenda was divided into 4 groups: „New phenomena on the services market”, „Cybersecurity”, „Supporting Fintech” and „Electronic Office”. The Office intends to undertake legislative initiatives regulating new phenomena arising on the financial market, including cryptocurrencies and trading in digital assets et cetera.
