On 23 October the 1st part of the training course cycle „The final insurance distribution act coming soon – Be prepared!” was held. The training session was conducted by experts from CZUBLUN TRĘBICKI Law Office: Piotr Czublun, Agnieszka Wesołowska and Julita Nowak and founder of the eOFWCA.pl portal Agnieszka Jakuczek.

The main issues raised during the training course included the most important changes in the bill of insurance distribution: close links, distribution of compulsory and group insurance. Agnieszka Jakuczek presented different categories of insurance distributors and their obligations according to the new act. These issues were discussed using practical cases and ways of implementing regulations on the business activity of insurance companies and distributors.

Moreover, Agnieszka Wesołowska reported on the latest meeting of the financial institutions commission, which debated changes in the act.

The training course cycle „The final insurance distribution act coming soon – Be prepared!” was organized by the beinsured.pl portal and its content-related partner – CZUBLUN TRĘBICKI Law Office and the eOFWCA.pl portal. The media patron is Gazeta Ubezpieczeniowa.

We would like to invite you to a training course about the insurance distribution act, which will be held in English only (no translation provided). The meeting is on 6 December 2017 in Warsaw.
